Sound Healing & Soul Alchemy Coaching When you’re ready to go deeper. This 90-minute 1:1 session is a sacred space for those who are navigating a specific emotional challenge or inner block - and are ready to gently explore, shift, and transform. It combines the vibrational power of sound healing with the insight and support of intuitive Soul Alchemy coaching, which is a psychosomatic and energetic Coaching approach. We begin with a guided inquiry to illuminate what’s present - whether it’s a repeating pattern, stuck emotion, limiting belief, or subtle tension in the body. Through gentle conversation, I support you in building awareness of the deeper layers: societal conditioning, generational trauma, energetic imprints, and old stories that may be ready to shift. From there, we drop into sound - a personalized journey using my voice and sound tools as intuitive medicine. Frequencies are woven specifically for you and what your energetic body needs at this moment, inviting emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep reconnection to your heart and inner wisdom. This is a powerful session for those seeking not only rest and recalibration, but real inner change. A space to alchemize what no longer serves and remember the power of your own soul.
