Sacred Sound Journey

A place for you to unwind, relax, be nourished, and tune in with your Higher Self. Come gather with us for 90mins of blissful Sacred Sound Healing including a serving of delicious Pacific Island Cacao. Open your heart, let go of the things that don't serve you anymore, and let sound and vibration help you connect back to who you truly are. Find back to your most vibrant Self.

This Sound Journey invites you to let go of the day and come into a state of simply BEing. Sound and vibration are a powerful and ancient healing modality.  They have the ability to restore balance within the body, mind, and spirit by dropping us into a deeply meditative state and by raising our vibration, awakening our consciousness as well as the body’s regenerative capabilities. 

We journey with the support of mother earth's gifts in form of herbal tea. Each week we will explore a different powerful herb, gaining an insight into medicinal and energetic properties and lost wisdom. Plant medicines have the ability to connect us deeper with our body and assist us in feeling more deeply - this allows us to open up to messages and strengthen our connection with our powerful divine Self, as well as Mother Nature.

I will be creating a mystic soundscape using Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Voice, Guitar, Chimes, Flute, and Percussion instruments. Sessions are intuitively led and aimed at letting you drop into a state of meditative presence, calm and peace.

You are invited to join us no matter where you are at or what you are going through in life.

The event will be held in a safe container - everyone is welcome - come as you are.

Please bring your own props!! You will be resting on the ground for the duration of the event, so please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring:

• something soft to lay on - yoga or camping mat

• support for under the knees/ yoga bolster (pillow works fine if you don't have a bolster)

• pillow and eye cover

• blanket

• optional: any spiritual items for cleansing or recharging and anything else that will support you on your journey.

Please arrive no earlier than 10mins before the journey begins.

We start on time so please make sure you allow plenty of time to travel here.
