A Sanctuary of Sound, Stillness & Soul.

These intimate sessions are an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself through sound, presence, and rest.

Step into a 90-minute sound healing immersion designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and heart-centered presence.

We begin with a warm drink and a little space to arrive, settle into the body, and connect with the present moment. From here, you are gently guided into the sound bath, allowing yourself to slow down, listen, and simply be with whatever is here.

From this grounded space, you are held in a rich and intuitive soundscape.

Through crystal singing bowls, voice, flute, chimes, guitar, and earthy percussion, you are immersed in layers of sound designed to support relaxation, release, and inner stillness.

Each journey is intuitively guided and shaped in real time, responding to the energy of the group.

No experience is needed, only a willingness to rest and receive.

and to reconnect with a deeper sense of inner clarity and presence.

How Sound Healing Works

Sound healing isn’t just energetic, its effects are grounded in physiology. It works through the relationship between rhythm, vibration, and the nervous system.

• Nervous system regulation: Slow, repetitive tones can support the body in shifting out of stress states and into rest and relaxation.

• Brainwave slowing: Rhythmic sound can encourage the brain to settle into slower, more reflective states associated with deep relaxation.

• Embodied relaxation response: Vibration and sound can help the body unwind stored tension and return to a sense of internal coherence.

What to Bring

Please come prepared to rest on the ground in comfort.

• A yoga, camping, or exercise mat - if you're unable to rest on the floor for the duration of the journey you may also bring a zero gravity chair

• A blanket, pillow, and optional eye cover

• A bolster or cushion for comfort

• Any personal items you’d like to journey with

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before we begin. We start on time to honour the container.
