Here, the focus isn’t on how your voice sounds, but how it feels within.

For centuries, women were revered as carriers of wisdom, intuition, and truth. Over time, our voices were silenced, conditioned, or suppressed. In this workshop, we’re not just reconnecting with our voices; we’re reclaiming the ancient feminine power that has always lived within us, waiting to be spoken.

We begin with a korero on the suppression of women’s voices and the feminine, exploring how this collective memory still sits within us today. From there, we move into a gentle sharing space to connect and set intentions for the journey ahead. A grounding meditation follows, guiding you inward, softening the body, and awakening your connection to your inner voice.

Together, we then explore a series of voice activation practices designed to free, open, and awaken the throat, your center of expression. This work is gentle, playful, and deeply liberating. No singing experience is needed; your voice does not need to sound “pretty.” This is about reclaiming authentic sound and the truth that wants to move through you.

This is a space to shed old rules, labels, and limitations. A space to express without judgment. A space to remember your power.

I'm offering this first voice activation at $25 per person only.

Limited to 5 women who are feeling the call and ready to step more boldly into their expression.

If you wish to stay for the 7pm Sound Bath, you can join both at a special combined rate of $50.

After the workshop, you’re warmly invited to enjoy a cup of tea and settle in before the sound bath begins. This creates a seamless, powerful integration of everything that has opened through the voice work.
