Here, the focus isn’t on how your voice sounds, but how it feels within.

For centuries, women were revered as carriers of wisdom, intuition, and truth. Over time, our voices were silenced, conditioned, or suppressed. In this workshop, we’re not just reconnecting with our voices; we’re reclaiming the ancient feminine power that has always lived within us, waiting to be spoken.

This is a container for openness, vulnerability, and connection. A space for women who have moved through similar pain to come together, be witnessed, and remember their power.

We’ll explore the reasons for the collective suppression of women’s voices and how this may still live within us, while gently reconnecting with the freedom to express ourselves. Through grounding practices, journaling prompts, meditation, and sharing circles, we’ll dive into the pains and potentially trauma that may be held in the throat, the center of our authentic expression.

A series of voice activation exercises will guide you to free, open, and awaken your voice. This work is playful, liberating, and non-judgmental.

No singing experience is required, and your voice does not need to “sound pretty.” It’s about reclaiming the sound that is uniquely yours, and the truth that wants to move through you.

Time is also held for connection with one another, honoring the shared journey and the power of witnessing. We conclude with a song circle and short sound bath to integrate the work and leave you grounded, nourished, and aligned with your voice.
