Sound Journey: Softly Held - No Guidance

These sound journeys are designed as spaces of rest, regulation, and inner exploration.

They are especially supportive for those who find it difficult to slow down, enter stillness, or switch off an active mind. Rather than trying to “achieve” a particular state, you are invited to simply listen, soften, and allow your experience to unfold naturally.

Each journey may include a blend of voice, breath, percussion, and instrumental sound to guide you through different layers of awareness and inner landscape.

These sessions can be used in multiple ways:

• as a guided meditation or reflective practice

• as a space for emotional or somatic awareness

• for nervous system down-regulation and rest

• or simply as ambient sound to accompany relaxation or winding down

There is no right or wrong way to experience this work. You are encouraged to choose your own journey in each moment, and to pause, adjust, or stop at any time if needed.

For best experience, we recommend:

• using headphones

• lying down or sitting in a comfortable, supported position

• choosing a quiet space where you will not be disturbed

• allowing yourself to fully rest without distraction or expectation

Please note: This is a live room recording. While I carefully edit the audio to minimise background noises, occasional breathing, coughing, snoring, movement, or other sounds from participants may still be audible. These are a natural part of a live sound bath and contribute to the authentic feeling of being present in the space, creating an immersive, shared experience.

You don’t need any prior experience with meditation or sound work.

Simply press play and allow yourself to receive the experience without effort or expectation.

For personal use only.

Thank you for honouring the energy and time that went into creating this recording. Please don't upload or distribute it to others. If someone would benefit from this journey, I'd be so grateful if you encouraged them to purchase their own copy. Your support helps me continue creating these recordings.
