Service Description

A deeply restorative 1:1 experience combining therapeutic massage, sound therapy, aromatherapy, and ceremonial cacao to support full-body relaxation, nervous system regulation, and deep replenishment. This session is designed as a slow, immersive reset for both body and mind. It brings together hands-on bodywork and sound therapy to support both physical release and deep rest, allowing your system to fully downshift and recover from stress and overwhelm. We begin with a short check-in to understand how you are arriving on the day and what your body most needs support with. This helps guide the focus and flow of your session. Therapeutic massage techniques are used to release muscular tension and support the body in letting go of physical stress and fatigue. Sound therapy then deepens this process, helping the nervous system settle into a more restorative state through voice and instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and percussion. Aromatherapy oils are used throughout the session to support relaxation and create a calming sensory environment. Ceremonial cacao is included as part of the experience, offering a grounding moment of nourishment and integration. Each session is individually tailored, with the balance of massage and sound guided by what is most supportive for you on the day. This offering is designed as a full 135-minute immersion and combines what would typically be a 90-minute massage and 45-minute sound therapy session. Booked separately, these would total $235. This combined experience is offered at $230 and also includes aromatherapy and ceremonial cacao. This is a space to fully pause, restore, and leave feeling deeply grounded, nourished, and replenished.
