Deep Restore Ritual

Service Description

A deeply restorative 1:1 experience combining therapeutic massage, sound therapy, Reiki, aromatherapy and ceremonial cacao to support full-body relaxation, nervous system regulation and deep replenishment. If you’ve been carrying a lot, feeling depleted, overwhelmed or simply longing for a deeper reset, this is a space to step out of your usual pace and fully receive. We begin with a gentle check-in so you can share how you’re arriving and what you feel you most need support with. From there, your session is intuitively shaped around you rather than following a set formula. Your massage uses therapeutic and nurturing touch to work with physical tension and fatigue, while Reiki is naturally woven through the hands-on treatment. Sound therapy then offers another layer of deep rest, using voice and instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and percussion to support you in settling and downshifting. Aromatherapy creates a calming sensory layer throughout your experience, while ceremonial cacao offers a grounding moment of nourishment and integration. The balance between massage, sound and the other elements is guided by what feels most supportive for you on the day. You don't need to arrive feeling calm, clear or “ready” to receive. You can come exactly as you are, even if there is emotional heaviness, overwhelm or a lot on your mind. This is a full 135-minute immersion, bringing together what would usually be a 90-minute massage and 45-minute sound therapy session, with Reiki, aromatherapy and ceremonial cacao included. A space to pause completely, be cared for, and give your body and nervous system the time and attention they need to restore. 135 minutes · $230
