Restorative Nervous System Massage

Service Description

A deeply restorative massage designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a renewed sense of ease and nourishment in the body. This is not a routine massage. Each treatment is person-centred and intuitively guided by what you need on the day. I work with slow, attentive and nurturing touch, allowing the massage to respond to your body rather than following a set formula. The treatment is Reiki-infused, with a gentle energetic quality naturally woven through my touch. Depending on what feels right for you, other elements may also be incorporated — such as calming aromatherapy, sound, or simple nervous-system practices — creating a treatment that cares for more than just the physical body. You can arrive exactly as you are. Whether you come feeling tired, overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, disconnected, or simply in need of some time to yourself, there is nothing you need to set aside before you arrive. You are given space to pause, receive and be cared for, without needing to hold everything together. Many women describe the experience as deeply nourishing and replenishing — like being refuelled, grounded again, and gently brought back into themselves after periods of stress, depletion or overwhelm. My intention is for you to feel truly met and supported throughout your treatment: physically, emotionally and energetically. A space to soften, let go of what you're carrying, and leave feeling more settled, connected and restored. For women only.
